Rate F & G are per session. Rates B to E are per hour.
Payment: Payment for the use of the hall should be
made when the booking is taken and a hiring form completed.
A damages/cleaning deposit of £100 may additionally be levied. If an
invoice has to be raised by the Treasurer an
additional charge of £2.00 will be made. The Management Committee
reserve the right to impose a cancellation fee.
Tables and Chairs can also be hired for use off site at the following
rates
Tables - £3 each per 24 hours + £50 deposit regardless of
number hired.
Chairs (adults’ and children’s) – 50p each per 24 hours + £50 deposit
regardless of number hired.
ONLY brown chairs can be hired. There are 20 adults’ and 20 children’s.
