Just as the original had a composition of very ironic, extremely sweet and provocative notes, SCANDAL A PARIS exploits that sweetness making it highly sensual. Start with pear notes; floral notes of jasmine in its heart; finally it intoxicates and ends up caramelizing honey. The first Scandal edition combined a rich honey accord with patchouli, beeswax and caramel, decorating them with the creamy flower aromas of gardenia and orange blossoms. Scandal By Night was a deeper, intoxicating and slightly darker version of the original, combining almondy tonka bean, cherries and heady tuberoses. Patchouli was still present here, but acting mostly as support to the dense and sweet floral fruity core. The third in the series of honeyed scandals, SCANDAL A PARIS, is a chic version with brighter notes. The key note of honey is basically upgraded with a heart-shaped jasmine bouquet, combined with velvety and juicy pear notes, which again results in a floral fruity blend over honey. The fragrance is announced as ultra feminine and more airy than its predecessor, while the composition is signed by perfumer Daphne Bugey.
